Record Keeping
Name and contact information of all guests present are required.
Physical Distancing
We must remain 1.5 metres apart during the photo session/wedding.
Face Masks
A face mask will be worn by the photographer/s. Guests having their photograph taken may remove their face mask for the purpose of the photograph but must resume wearing a mask once the photography is complete (unless exempt).
Hygeine
All camera gear including bags will be sanitized prior to your session/wedding. My hands will be sanitized before the session and during as required. In the instance of back to back sessions/weddings, all gear and hands will be wiped over and sanitized between shoots.
Clients must not if they have been to a COVID exposure site in the last 14 days.
Photographer/s will not attend the portrait session or wedding if we have been to a COVID exposure sit in the last 14 days.
Clients must not attend if they have COVID symptoms such as a cough, sore throat or fever. In the event of COVID symptoms within 14 days of your wedding date, a negative covid test is required.

In the event of COVID within 14 days of your wedding date, a negative covid test is required for us to photograph your wedding. A suitable replacement photographer will be available in the event of a positive COVID test.
The photographer/s reserve the right to leave the portrait session or wedding if COVID SAFE guidelines are not followed by the client and/or guests.
